Rancho Mission Villas (RMV), a condo association of over 800 residents, had swarms of AT&T salespeople flood the area with advertising, doing door-to-door soliciting, setting up advertising tables in the streets, sidewalks, and on RMV property, spreading leaflets around on our property... All against our wishes and clearly stated rules at all entrances to the complex. It took us 8 days to get rid of them, after they refused to listen to us and our security guards, and it finally took the local SD police dept. To remove them from the premises.
This was an unbelievable outrage, and the entire Board of Directors at RMV banned their reps from the premises, are now in the process of complaining -to any and all officials, and—under our promulgated rules posted, have levied a fine against AT&T.
The AT&T people harrassed us, lied, were extremely deceptive, and arrogant. They violated our right to privacy, property, and—in the case of violating city ordinances—created a dangerous situation on the street, Rancho Mission Road in San Diego, Ca.
