I live in the Cascades Condo's in Lauderhill, FL 33351. The condo association is extremely corrupt and the management company is far worse. No matter what the unit owners vote for or want the association does whatever they please. The management company "Campbell Management" is run by Kelly Krittenburger - the most corrupt individual I've ever met.
Buyer beware - do not move into Cascades Condo's and don't allow these corrupt people to ruin your investment with their ridiculous rules, their abusive conduct at association meetings and there general disregard for the people who live here and try to make this a better community.
This association board has re-elected themselves every year in a corrupt election. They allow Campbell Management to continue to manage the property even though we are now over $120,000.00 in debt due to miss-management practices and over 80% of it's unit owners want a new board and a new management group but can't get anywhere at the association meetings.
The government should have laws to protect citizens from people like Kelly Krittenburger and Campbell Management as well as the old farts who run the board here at Cascades. I'm sorry I ever moved in here.
