Nicole Laws lived in my rental property at 5009B Cana Cove from Sept of 1998 to Sept. While residing at the property, she allowed her pet to destroy the screen door, the entire downstairs carpet, and left the backyard full of dog feces and holes. She was constantly breaking items within the residence and did not pay for the repair as required under our rental agreement. If you are considering having Nicole Laws move into your rental property, please reconsider! She might destroy your property as she did mine.
