Rockrimmon Condos is turning into a dump - I've lived here for awhile and it seems the property management company as well as the condo's board of directors doesn't care about maintaining the community...
The hallways and common areas of the condos go weeks before anyone cleans them - A few bad-apple tenants seem to think they can sit on their balcony at any hour of the day and night and huck it up, with loud noise and yelling, TVs and music.
Beware of trying to complain to the "property management" at Associa Colorado... Kathy and Susan, the people that claim to handle the condo's issues, don't ever seem to be available when called and you go straight to their voicemail... When messsages are left they don't return your calls. And forget the board, they claim to delegate these duties to the management company and there is noone available to call to report the negligence of the "property management company".
Since homeowners pay dues to belong to the "condo homeowners association", you'd think the board and the management company would respond to residents' concerns, but they don't (if they do, it isn't in a timely manner and it usually only after much effort on the part of the complainant to get anyone to listen)... So much for paying to live in a nice, clean and quiet place.
