I purchased and xbox360 and didn't receive discount and the correct product advertised

" On December 28th I had purchased an xbox 360 bundle, halo 3 and a controller charge pack. During the order processing, the website the website explained to me that i could only get either free shipping or an associate discount. I processed the order assuming it would give me the better of the two for there was no option to change the discount. The shipping was almost $10 and the associate discount was about $41. This is the 3rd time i've contacted Sears.com on this issue and i've not heard from anyone or received credit. I spoke with a Fernando on the phone, 12/28, who claimed I would have the adjustment within 24 hrs... I still have not received it. Also, after receiving my package, I was not given the xbox package I had ordered. The xbox bundle should have come with forza motorsport 2 and marvel ultimate alliance, both which were not included with my xbox. I want these two games I paid for! This purchase keeps becoming more of an aggrevation and I am very unsatisfied with the service that I've been given."
