Equipment Blowouts
Did not provide refund, after returning non-functioning phone

I bought a new, unopened, unused phone from Equipment Blowouts from Ebay. They shipped me a refurbished phone from Mexico which did not work. I e-mailed them, and they said they would exchange the phone.

They shipped me another broken phone. I e-mailed them again, and they promised me a refund. I shipped back the phone, but they never refunded my money.

I followed up, and they promised to look into it. They kept promising to resolve the situation promptly, so I didn't file against them through Ebay.By the time I stopped believing they would ship back the phone, I tried to file, but the statute of limitations had been exceeded.

They kept claiming I had never shipped them the phone, even though I could provide the tracking information from UPS.

Status: 2 faulty phones, no refund.

Do not do business with Equipment Blowouts.
