Refund not given as stated by two employees and policy

This is a voip service, broadband phone service. They sent me the equipment, and just a few days after i recieved the equipment i shipped it back unopened.in the meantime i contacted them to inform them of my decision to cancel. It wasn't a problem with them and they said i would get a complete refund of the $66 they deducted from my account. As long as the equipment was returned within 30 days... Which it was.

Sarah and andrew each said i would get a complete refund. After a week of having recieved an email from bbtelsys that my equipment had been recieved, i still had no refund. I called and brenda in the accounts dept. Said i would get my refund in a week, which meant two weeks after recieving the equipment i would get the refund. At this time i asked again if i would get a complete refund. Brenda said no, that i had to pay for shipping and setup fee's... I never used the service but the bottom line is they said i would get all my money back and that didn't happen. Brenda said i was given the 'wrong information' and said i would recieve about $25 of my $66. With having to pay to ship that hardware back this leaves me with about $15... Of $66.
This is one deceptive company, stay clear... They need your money bad and are willing to decieve to get it.
