Bought these DVD Headrests for $519.99 through EBay.
They shipped and didn't work. Then they shipped some more and didn't work. Then they didn't have anymore left, so shipped the a different color. I shipped them back and never got any refund or anything. They said it was my fault and I didn't package them well enough the last time. It was not true. I had everything back in the original boxes with plastic wrap. Ebay contact them for me but they never did what they were supposed to do. I got NOTHING back. I lost $520 dollars and they got away with bad business. BBB couldn't do anything. Now I see this company going by other names. Sharkmotorcycleaudio.com and rsquareg.com seem to be linked. I had previously read someone else had a similar issues with returns/exchanges but bought from them anyway thinking it was a one-off and it wouldn't happen to me. DON'T buy from these people unless you are prepared to NOT do an exchange.
