Thrill Audio They failed to exchange a product after I returned it, then ignored my e-mails, phone calls and took down their website

I purchased a car audio kit from audio blowouts (also operates under thrill audio.com) consisting of An amplifier two subwoofers and 4 speakers.
The day the shipment came it was missing two of the speakers and the grills on the subwoofers were cracked. Also the amplifier that was sent was not the one advertised with the package.
After several e-mails to Audio blowts, they agreed to send my missing speakers, but didn't even aknowledge the damage to the subs or the amplifier being different, however I did receive the missing speakers a few days later.
The installer attemted to hook up the amplifier and found out it was defective. Once again after multiple e-mails to audio blowouts, they agreed to exchange it for another amplifier.
I was given a RMA (return merchandise authorization code) and returned the amp at my own expense. After seeing that it had been delivered through the postal tracking confirmation, I attempted to contact them by e-mail and got no response.
