I order a used cell phone from Equipment Blowouts, Inc., who claimed to be in "excellent" condition and nothing else. When the phone arrived, there was no battery and no back cover door, and the info was not readable. Couldn't activate. I complained and was told to sent it back. I inquired after 10 days or so and never got any respond. I complained to Pay Pal and as told Pay Pal only stepped in if item was not received. Don't buy from this company and don't use Pay pal to pay for things from source you have not bought before. Use credit card, especially American Express. The card company will go to bat for you.
