I ordered a bulb for $165 on Jan 18. After 6 phone calls and one live chat session where the party on the other end put me on "hold" for over an hour (I think he thought I would just give up), I was told that the lamp was in stock and would be sent out that day. I was told that each time. When I call the 800 number now, I get a mail box full message. Wish I'd read this site before I placed my order.
