I ordered a Sony Projector TV lamp on internet from Projector Lamp Center in Atlanta Georgia on October 10. Although delivery was indicated to be less than a week, I allowed a month to go by before calling to inquire.
First it is difficult to even establish phone contact, but when I finally did I was told they were having trouble with their supplier, but it should be delivered by the end of the month.
That would have been the end of November. That came and went still no bulb.
I tried contacting them again but now the only response I get is a phone message saying to put my complaint in an "on line" chat.
It is now January and I either would like my money back or the bulb delivered, now!
I would recommend to anyone not to do business with this company and would invite anyone interested to start a class action against Projector Lamp Center. They are ripping people off but the amounts for each individual are small and this is what they are counting on.
