No lamp, no refund inpossible to reach, only online chat to talk to waited hours with no response

I ordered a lamp from Lamp projector center almost a month ago, after several attempts to reach someone online finally talked to someone who said it would be sent out within 3-5 days still no lamp. Phone number for this company I had to find on the internet which continuously replys "all circuts are busy" Online nobody is there to talk to either.
