I placed an order on 7/5/07 for a projector lamp and paid $305 with a VISA card. I have not recieved anything despite nine requests to the company

I placed an order online, 7/5/07 with The Projector Lamp Center for a projector lamp and paid $305 with a Visa card. I recieved nothing despite nine emails requesting action on their part.
I contacted the Attorney General of Georgia and got no action from them.
