Like many of you that have written reports, I too ordered a part (projector lamp) and after a few weeks of no delivery I called and cancelled and got the email notice of a check in the mail that never came. I just got off the phone with my credit card company and they are going to credit my account and charge back to SageRyder. I encourage all of you to do the same.
