Will not give a refund

I purchased $50 worth of microsoft points and was never able to sign into their marketplace to purchase songs. After 3 weeks of waiting for them to try and fix it and being told they would get back to me i returned the zune. I have been on the phone numerous times with customer service reps and still no solution. My problem now is they will not refund my $50. They say their policy is that they don't refund microsoft points even though i no longer have the zune because of their problem. Most of the reps have been helpful but last week i had 1 rep hang up on me and 1 manager put me on hold for 50 minutes because i told them i wanted my money refunded. The managertold me she would not transfer me until i calmed down, i tried explaining that i was very frustrated at the way i was being dealt with. I have been told by everyone that i have talked to that they do not have the authority to refund the money but everytime i ask to be transfered to the people who do have the authority they tell me they have no phone number for that. I am just wondering if anyone else is having this problem. I feel as though they r stealing the money from me. The only thing that works on their site is to charge the money to your account. I would highly recommend that u would not purchase a zune. 1 because of the trouble i have gone thru and 2 just for the way they have handled me as a customer. Thx for hearing me out
