3 months after buying the 80gb Zune, it no longer would charge. Called for repairs (battery problem), they sent a box and I sent it for repairs. When it was returned, I was told it was a "replacement Zune". I hooked it up and guess what? It doesnt work either (no they told me it is a hardware problem) I asked for a refund and they will not give me one. I was told they sent me a "compatable device". But they will not extend my warranty. No I have to send this one back and wait another 15 days for one that I hope will work.
