Ordered a cell phone 11/29/07. Then I received an email from cellular-blowout stating that the product was on backorder and they said it was delivered 12/7/07 with no provided tracking number. Thought is was fishy that there was no tracking number so I called my bank which is WaMu and filed a claim for credit that was charged immediately after placing order.
The bank credited my account in full for the merchandise I did not receive. On 12/24/07 I received another email stating that they were inudated with many orders because of the holiday season and that they would provide a car charger free of cost. 1/8/08 cellular-blowout sent another email stating that they had shipped my order through DHL, with provided tracking information.
1/9/08 DHL did deliver package but I did not answer my door because the bank had already credited my account. The merchandise that cellular-blowout would give you would be inferior to what was advertised, many have gotten worthless Japanese cell phones. It seems as though they take your money immediately to purchase useless goods from Japan for cheap and resell you the useless goods for much more.
If you have gotten scammed by cellular-blowout contact your bank immediately to file a claim. Even though it has been awhile you should still contact your bank, they might very well be able to help you get your money back. If the merchandise is sent to your house unwabted, do not sign for it. Check with BBB.org they have a rating of "F" as their grade. Good Luck.
