I ordered a cell phone on April 25. My credit card was charged immediately. Threee business days later I e-mailed Cellular-Blowout and asked why the phone had not been shipped. They e-mailed me back and said it was on back order, although it is still listed on the site as In Stock.
I waited two weeks, then e-mailed them back. They did not respond. I called many times. No one answered. I called Citibank, which credited my account and is pursuing action against Cellular-Blowout. I also reported the company to the Better Business Bureau.
Meanwhile, the status of my order is still "currently in fulfillment." If I ever receive it, I will not open the package. I will return it, certified mail, return receipt requested.
