Ordered cell phone on 6/21 and my credit card was immediately debited for $179.80 including 3 day shipping.
One week later, I asked why it had not arrived. I used their online procedure. The response was it was back ordered. Since this was ordered as a birthday gift, I canceled the order and asked for a refund. Response was that "I would see a refund on my next credit card bill". A rather odd choice of words in our online world.
Obviously, they had no product in stock when they charged my card. A clear violation of the law!
