On January 1 I visited CELLULAR-BLOWOUT.com and ordered unlocked "Motorola SLVR L7 Red Cingular" for my spouse. My credit card got charged within 24 hours of my order and so far I have NOT received my order nor have I received confirmation of cancelled order.
I called and emailed them numerous times, but got no response. I have completed cancellation form on their website as well, but so far nobody ever made any attempts to get in touch with me or to respond to my numerous email inquiries. Today is March 13 and I have not received my phone or my money back.
I have contacted my credit card company to pursue this for me and request refund for me from Cellular-Blowout.com. I am filing this report for everyone else to read as I have become another victim of thievery by crooks who run Cellular-Blowout.com and Wildcatcellular.com. I will file a claim with BBB and am looking into legal actions against David Bleeden and his corporation.
These crooks must be stopped as soon as possible.
