Customer Service NOT - Stole my money, wont let me give them more! New York New York

Bought a radio & subscription. Would not work despite several tries. Cancelled service after 45 days. Was charged the full year. Then they charged my card to renew on the anniversary of the original subscription!
Anybody want to buy a Sirius Radio, cheap? I am out a couple of three hundred dollars.

It goes on... Bought a Ford that came with a free 6 months. (at least I know it worked!)

I called to renew and was offered a deal. I accepted the offer provided I could have the offer in writing; i.E. Coupon, email, letter, anything! Sure, no problem! Would send email. No email. Called to find out what happened. Well, it was probably spammed out. Check the website. No avail. Called back.

Them: Sir, We are not permitted to send emails!
Me: Oh really? Check my account notes.
Them: Yes, it does describe the deal and email, but there is no deal!
Me: Oh really, can I talk to Michael Moore, VP Customer Service?
THem: Dont have a number, sir.
Me: How about an address?
THem: Nope.
Me: Email?
Them: Nope. I apologize for the inconvenience.
