Seems they started charging us for services we did not want or order who are they?

Apparently they have been charging us $15.27 monthly for this service that we did not order, and never heard of. When they, (usbi), were contacted by us, they said it was ordered by my wife, who does not even know who they are, They are lying, and they have ripped us off.
