Ripoff charging me since 2000 for services not requested or authorized @ rate of $16.90 per month Internet

I am an over-the-road truckdriver and didnt review my verizon bill. Would open and pay. Recently, due to illness, i have been home and started to review my verizon bill and noticed this $16.90 per month fee from usbi. A more careful review indicates they have been doing this since 2000. I didnt pay one of their bills in 2001 and now verizon will not let me change my service. I have called usbi and they indicate they will stop service but nothing else.

I never authorized this service and my calculations are $202.80 per year x 3 years or 608.40. I see on this website there are alot more people who have been ripped off by this company. I am willing to fight this.
