Unreasonable delay of service!

I'd prefer to document a proper grievance against A&E Factory Support and demand an upgraded of my Kitchenaid microwave oven. Following may be the terrified encounter I've Having A&E manufacturer support:

Our Kitchenaid stove range (design KHHS179LSS0) ceased employed in June. I named Kitchenaid where I've a long guarantee and was informed to get hold of A&E for fix (Claim # 119618672).
