Charged my Verizon bill for services I did not authorize Nationwide

I was charged by Main Street Telephone/USBI on my Verizon bill dated 4/17/09. The amount was $15.22. I never heard of Main Street Telephone/USBI nor ever authorized anything to be charged to my phone bill from them. I did reserch on the internet after I received the erroneous bill and found numerous instances of Main Street Telephone/USBI charging customers of Verizon fraudulently. I contacted their bogus customer service 800# on my Verizon bill - 1800-460-0556 and got a recording to call another 800#, which was 1-800-498-3540. I was given an option to leave a message or speak with someone. Chose speak to someone and was sent to a voice mail option. Left a message for them to refund the amount to my Verizon bill and to stop charging me for the future. I stated we would report this to Verizon and report them as fraud. I called Verizon and the rep stated that they will dispute the charge back to Main Street Telephone/USBI and that I did not have to pay it. Currently waiting to see what shows up on next month's bill.
