While checking my Verizon bill I noticed USBI charge. I checked back and it went back to Jan or 07 is when it started. I did nothing to change my bill or ask for extra services at verizon, in fact I am locked in for three years, so the bill says. I called the first number on the bill and they gave me a confirmation number to halt USBI, as we talked longer she said she couldnt do anything that I had to call a different number on the bill.
I saw another number on the bill and called. I asked her what USBI is and she said a billing company. I still am not sure what I am paying for. She was abrupt and almost rude as she told me I was indeed cancelled already. I said I want my money back for as long as they were charging me as I didnt even order the service. She said it would show up on my phone bill as a credit.
So now I will have to watch my bill to see it this will happen or I have to do more. I cant believe that Verizon would let this happen as I have been using their company with my business for over 15 years.
