I was overcharged in the 2nd month of use with t-mobile yet the first month was ok after I made them correct the bill and ever since they have over charged me and said they were not going to change the charges even though a rep. Told me they have had a lot of problems with the charges on their Blackberry phones.
My fav names were changed by them yet they sdsaid I did it, why would I change my mother and father's #'s, who I talk to every day and they also changed the names. They shut down my phone for hours but they insisted it did not effect my #'s in my fav. Also they charged me for nights and weekends which I was entitled to. They have been uncooperative and what little they looked it they claimed everything was correct.
This month (aug) my bill is only $70.00 which is correct but last month was $638.00! That's a big change for in a bill when I have the same plan since I got the service. Now they have ruined my credit and I have a collection agency harassing me. Is their an attorney who wants to go after t-mobile. Please let me know. Cingular just got a class-action suit, so let's get T-Mobile! I'm going to try and sue them in small claims court.
