HHGregg entered into a contract in Sept. with a Mr. B who made monthly payments until his untimely death on May 16th. 2007.
Mr. B's widow attempting to clear up all affairs tried to find out about balance and continue paying but was rebuffed because the account was in the deceased name only.
However, they started regular calling tactics, sending bills with interest. Although they received the death certificate, they sent a collection agency after the widow, repeatedly calling and creating stress on an already serious situation. After much harrassment, Mrs. B, tired of these unprofessional persons paid the balance of her husbands debt but they have lost a faithful and loyal customer and possible other potential customers.
