PAID $6GRAND for TV and wont replace the same tv for $2300 with full warrenty

Circuit city bought a 61' samsung dlp tv for $6000 and warranty for $400 in 2003. Company working on it messed it up took to another company they could not fix it and now offered a tv that is worth $1800 as replacement. Just wanted same tv for $2300 but wanted me to pay difference. Unacceptable, have not had a tv for much of the year.
