Afni They have been sending me a bill for $757.29 for a Verizon phone account that I never had. I have tryed to contact them and can't get ahold of any one

I received in the mail a collection letter from Afni Inc. Account #014563988-02
Original Creaditor;Verizon California Inc. They said the disconnected phone #
(661)-946-9289 had a balance due of $757.29.

I have never had a account with Verizon and do not even own a cell phone. I have tryed to get this strighten out but am unable to get a hold of anyone.

Now, I just received another letter from them stating a Settlement Offer of$378.65. I don't oue anything and i'm afraid my credit will get reported if I don't pay.

Please help me. Thank-You
