I am fed up with OnRebate.com - which is a very close partner with Tiger Direct / Global Computer. (I'm not so sure they're not owned/operated by the same management group)
I have attached a link, showing that my rebate was received and approved on 10/19/05. What this link doesn't show, is that I paid the $1.00 fee to expedite this to PayPal - which Onrebate.com claims you will receive your rebate within 10 days, if you pay the "expedite fee." And here we are, almost 5 weeks after it was approved (I'm typing this on 11/20/05), and I still don't have my rebate. This is unacceptable, and is a direct reflection of how Onrebate.com/Tiger Direct/Global Computer has a total lack of concern for their customers when it comes to rebates.
I'm also guessing that if I ever do receive my rebate, they'll still withhold the $1.00 expedite fee. Unscrupulous, uncommitted, and uncaring is what you can expect from onrebate.com
Until Tiger Direct can find another rebate redemption center, I will be purchasing my supplies elsewhere. (Type "OnRebate.com complaints" in Yahoo or Google, and you will discover this is a widespread problem)
