Amp'd does not respond to emails, which they have now removed from there sites. They do not send bills every month. They charge for services never asked for or agreed apon. They lie in there commericals. They do have good telephone service (of course they buy that from verizon.) I feel like the company support is a base of three potheads smoking bongs in there mothers basement ignoring the phone like a crackhead does bill collectors!
