I ordered the Nintendo Wii from Livesay on March 4. It is now June 14 and I am still dealing with this issue. I am in the process of getting my money refunded through my credit card company. This has been the worst consumer experience ever.
I have logged somewhere around 20 e-mails to and from Livesay International between late February and early May. I thought I was getting a good deal and felt I had a good shot at getting a Wii. My order number on the invoice was #5!
Anyways, if you would like to know more, comment and I will post some e-mail transactions and go into greater detail. My story is pretty much the same as everyone else's when dealing with this company. I did, however, enjoy the numerous blogs and flickr photos that started popping up describing how Livesay is just a bunch of crooks making a dishonest living!
