I PURCHASED A 54' akai tv, made by samsung 4yrs ago, I have a problem with it before it was a yr old, but it was minor, I had several problems with it since but were also minor and repaired by my service man, but 6 mos ago my tv stopped working, I called my service man and he said it was the power board that burnt out, he said it was around 80.00 for that part and he would order it.
He called me several days later to inform me that Samsung has stopped making parts for my TV, and did not make a replacement part. SO WHAT DO I DO NOW...?
I have a practically brand new tv, that I can't fix.
They were selling these tv's like hot cakes in Sams club, with the intention of not making replacement parts for it, that's terrible. They had to sell hundreds of them because they sold at a below 1,000.00 price. What do all these people do now..
