I have a frig. That has failed before June 11 Sears came out determind what was wrong and ordered the parts Samsung is saying they dont have the part/parts and are not going to get them this frig. Is less then three years old i contacted Samsung because Sears is telling me they cant get the part in hopes that Samsung can help June 30 they started a search for the part few days later determined they cant get the part its what called a sealed unit part that is covered four five years so after they determined their are no parts they offered me a refund less then twenty four hours later they reduced that amount by over four hundred dollars when i called them to ask why they said they had forgotten to pro rate amount keep in mind the first amount will not cover the replacement of our frig. Samsung is saying the frig. Can be fixed but not repaired (what does that mean) It cant be repaired becuse the part i need is not available and Samsung is not going to get make any more of thsee parts what happened to the state law that requires these companies to make parts available for five years. So we still have no frig. And i feel im paying again because our major appliance lasted for less then years Samsung should be replacing our frig. Its not our fault all i wanted was to get our frig. Repaired
