Oan decided to add them selves to my phone bill with no authorization from myself. When i signed up with verizon i had told them not to allow any changes to my phone bill with out my approval. Verizon had changed my long distance before so i had a clue when i moved and what information i had to give them to stop it from happening again. I had no idea that they would still allow someone to add charges to my bill again. I think i will change my phone company and not be with verizon any more.
