I have now returned 2 cell phones to this company... All with in a months time. (Motorola Razrv3)
The first one worked for about 28 days. (there is a 30 day return factor... Hhmm?!?) It just stopped working. I lost all information on this phone.
I called cellular choices and told them that my cell totally died. Their responce was "you must over-nite this phone due to the 30 return. But what we will do for you is extend your return for 2 more days."
Due to this... I spend $20.00 to have my (their) phone shipped back so that I do not have to pay a $250.00 fee.
I do recieve my new cell in 2 days. I charged it up and guess what!?! Doesn't work. I spent the greatest part of my day talking to my cell provider trying to help me get phone working. Come to find out it is the PHONE! (well... Well. Well)
So now I wait on my 3rd phone. This really TICKS me off. I work on the road and I rely on my cell in case of the unexpected.
The bottom line is. Their customer service reps are very hard to understand and the phones you get from them SUCK!!!
