I spent 70 dollars through ebay on a cell phone which stopped working after less than 3 months. Unfortunately I cannot retract my ebay rating. They ignored my 1st email, responded to my 2nd email with simply: the warranty on your phone was only 60 days. This was a Motorola Razr, the warranty on these Razr phones is usually a year. If they are providing less warranty than the original manufacturer they are probably not selling new phones, but claiming that the phones are new. Whatever you do, do not do business with monstercellular since your phone will probably go bad very quickly and they will have made a ton of money off of you buying their defective merchandise.
