Lifetime Rate Raised From $26.99 to $39.99 After 30 Months

Qwest's LIFETIME RATE (should) mean lifetime but after 30 months of msn webb service from (Qwest) at 26.99 they went up to 39.99! They lied to me to get me to stay with them for 2 years!!!

I do not recommend any qwest services!!! They lied to me!
