Changed our LIFETIME rate from 26.99 to 39.99 even after 2 year comitment!

QWEST"S LIFETIME RATE (should) mean lifetime but after 30 months of msn webb service from (QWEST) at 26.99 they went up to 39.99! They LIED to me to get me to stay with them for 2 years!!!

I do not recomend any qwest services!!! They lied to me!
