My husband and I purchased a the Futura 17" monitor and got the rebate. I made sure it was in on time, filled out all appropriate forms and mailed in the rebate. I made copies for myself as well. Well here it is, others who seems to be having the same problems as I am having getting this rebate. I have never had this much trouble getting any of my rebates. I get them just as a company promises and backs up what they say. I called to check on my rebate (not local) and they only take a message and have someone call you back.
I had asked the lady on the phone what happens if they call while we are at work do we have to call back and start the whole process again. Yes she said. WOW! If it had not been for me being a stay-at-home mom we would have been in trouble. On the 5th day after my call (they told me someone would call in 3-5 days) they called at 11:57 am. Asked for one piece of information (offer #) and told me that someone would call me in 2-3 days. I still havent heard anything. This is ridiculous! Maybe LikomUSA needs to take pointers from others who offer rebates. OR maybe they shouldnt offer rebates at all if they cannot back them up. I will never buy there product again. This is too much of a hassle.
