I ordered a replacement cartridge for my copy machine via the internet. My charge card was charged but I did not receive the cartridge. When I phoned to question them about my order, there was no answer so I left a message on the answering machine and then e-mailed them. I received a response to my e-mail that my order was misguided and should have shipped from the warehouse in Southern California. I waited another week and still no cartridge. I called several times and sent several more e-mails and have heard nothing and have not received the cartridge. My visa card has not been credited either. I've been ripped off.
