The Fine Print Ordered ink cartridge, it did not come, cancelled credit card charge

I ordered a Lexmark ink cartridge from TFP International AKA The Fine Print. An e-mail said it shipped and included a tracking number. The number was false and I never received my cartridge.

They list no phone number or address. I cancelled the credit card charge and filed this report. This company is a scam as I found out when I checked consumer complaints.
