Purchased an ink cartridge in August. When I installed the cartridge in April (well within the expiration time), it refused to work.
The company refused to do anything about the non-working print cartridge, because it was more than six months after I had purchased the cartridge. While this may sound reasonable, it isn't. I always try to have a spare print cartridge on hand. It just happened that the then current cartridge didn't run out of ink till last week.
There are a lot of companies that sell refills.
Stay away from PRINTCOUNTRY.com.
They are not ethical.
