I ordered a box of clear covers and a black toner cartridge from OfficeFrog on 11/28.
I received the clear covers in a box just large enough to contain the clear covers. There was no extra packing space. The toner cartridge was not included with the order and was obviously never meant to be included.
I though the shipment was sent in two parts. So I waited for the toner cartridge to arrive shipped in a separate box. That box never came.
On Dec 11 I sent an email to OfficeFrog requesting the cartridge. No response!
On Dec 15 and 16 I sent more emails. No responses!
Later on Dec 16 I called OfficeFrog by telephone. I talked to Doug. Doug promised to check into the matter and call me back.
On Dec 16 Doug called and left a message on my answer machine. He said he had checked and the problem was my problem because I had waited too long to report the problem. They had no responsibility to complete the order.
OfficeFrog made an error by mistake or on purpose. They billed me for a product they did not supply or try to supply. On Monday I will call my credit card company and attempt to stop payment to OfficeFrog.
