I ordered a print cartridge on 9/2/09. On 9/10/09 I received the wrong cartridged. The cartridge box was also damaged and was opened and taped up several times. I emailed and phoned the company asking for an exchange. On 9/11/09 I received this email: "We apologize for the mix up. We are shipping the correct cartridge right away. We will also email the label to return the wrong cartridge." As of 9/16/09 I have not received a return label. I have emailed and phoned every day since 9/11/09. You must leave a message on their 800# and none of my messages have been returned and I have also emailed, but no reply to email either. I will not sign for any further shipments from them and I warn everyone to be aware of this company. They were $60.00 less than any other company for print cartridges and now I can see why. They are a rip off.
