I placed order 6-24-02 my check cashed 7-3-02 have not received item Complained on net 7-31-02 they said would respond within 5 days nothing yet

I ordered the super mini ear on 6/24/02. My check was cashed on 7/3/02 but I have not received item.

I found their web address and issued a complaint on 7/31/02. They did respond saying I would hear from them within 5 days.

Today is 8/5/02, no word yet and attempts to contact them again have failed. I cannot even access their complaint site, an error report keeps coming up.
