Rebate Promo (Rebate Clearing House For Go Video)
Claims I did not enclose original reciept. Does not respond to numerous e-mails Internet Upland, California

I purchased GoVideo GVNL3268AB LCD 32 TV on 9/29/06 at Buy.com, largely influenced by a $90.00 rebate. I sent in my rebate and never received any correspondence stating that there was any issue with my rebate.

Upon checking my rebate status over 20 weeks later, I found out that my rebate was not approved because I allegedly did not enclose my original receipt. The only receipt I have is a copy I have from the original so I know I enclosed it. I have tried contacting Rebate Promo, using the [email protected] but have not received any responses.
