New york switch sell other items ripoff

I ordered a projector online and received a call from them insisting I buy a $500 warranty. I told them I did not want the warranty. When I told him to cancell my order, he then said there would be a fee of 15% which totaled $525 dollars. They have poor customer service. They advertise the lowest price on the internet and then try to sell you addtional items and or warrantys to make up for the advertised low price. Similar to other vendors in NY!
