(Rebate) I was to recieve two rebates one for $20.00 and one for $50.00. After much trouble I did finially reciece the $20.00 rebate. The $50.00 rebate I can't seem to get the company to send it. Ripoff

Keep giving me a run around and tell me to resubmitte which i have done 3 times. The last time i sent them a package with a copy of all the paper work and sent it registured and they had ti sign for it. I first requested the rebate on oct. 2, again on january 12, again on feb. 15 and the last time on march 23. It is now may 1 and i call the one number i was given and the recording said all rebates had been paid and if i found this to be in error i could resubmitte again to a different address in CA. This time.

I made my purchase in good faith and i would expect a company who offers rebates to pay in good faith. I'm sure i will not make any more purchases with american telecome in the future. The rebate offer number was 8442. What is my next step in getting this rebate. It's for $50.00 not a mare $1 or 2 dollars.

I bought my telephones from office depot.
